Friends Associations of the Peres Center for Peace
The Peres Center's Friends Associations serve to promote the activities of the Peres Center in various locations around the world. The two main objectives of the Friends Associations are 1) to promote international awareness of the important peacebuilding initiatives of the Peres Center, and 2) to raise funds, thereby generating the necessary financial support for the Peres Center's projects.
Friends Associations are led by community leaders, who share the Peres Center's interest in creating a just and lasting peace in the Middle East. These bodies are crucial to the Peres Center, as they offer practical support, maintain contact with donors in their communities, and advocate for the Peres Center in their respective societies.
The International Relations Department of the Peres Center seeks to establish additional Friends Associations where an interest exists. For further information or to get in touch with your local Friends Association, please contact: international@peres-center.org
