About the lecture:

An introduction to management teams to the principles of systematic innovation and how to instill a culture of entrepreneurship within the corporate workforce both locally and globally. We discuss the role of management teams in creating such innovative environments, the basic tenets of an organizational internal innovation ecosystem and share case studies of success and failure in order to learn how innovation can be achieved in any organization.

Participants get several practical tools they can apply in order to start making innovation happen in their organizations.
